Arctic grayling are the Interior's signature species — sail-finned, dry-fly receptive, and present in most clear-water rivers north of the Alaska Range. Many Interior streams allow a 5-fish bag; flagship trophy waters (Goodpaster, Delta Clearwater) run on tighter rules.
